Northland Chorale

Adult Show Choir Entertaining Audiences Since 1970

About Us

The Northland Chorale has been entertaining audiences in the Denver North Metro area since 1970. We’ve found that through music, we can share our love of life with our audience. We believe in the power of music to bring people together and to provide an opportunity to share moments of happiness.

The Northland Chorale is a mixed voice chorus made up of adult volunteers from all walks of life who love to sing and perform. We are known for our entertaining numbers, whether they be fully choreographed choral production numbers, solos, or small group numbers. We perform a wide variety of music including Broadway show tunes, rock & roll, doo-wop, country, pop, movie themes, jazz, and more.

You will find that the Northland Chorale is not your traditional community chorale. We memorize all of our music, add choreography, and intermingle some comedy for a total experience. We strive to produce a variety show that is entertaining for all ages.

We are one of the longest continuously operating show choirs in the nation. We’ve been entertaining audiences for almost 50 years, and they keep coming back. We must be doing something right, so come see for yourself at our next performance!

About our Artistic Director, Chad Sheridan

Chad is very excited to be joining the Northland Chorale as the new Artistic Director. Chad previously sang with the chorale from 2014-2018. During this time he also served on the Board of Directors and various committees. Outside of the chorale, Chad is the music teacher at Stukey Elementary School, where he directs their two choirs and yearly musical production. Chad has been performing and directing for many years. With the Kantorei Choir in Rockford, IL he had the opportunity to tour throughout the United States, as well as in Germany and Japan. He has shared the stage with performers such as John Denver and Kenny Rogers. Chad was honored to perform with members of the Northland Chorale, singers from his Stukey Elementary Choir, and FACE Vocal Band at Red Rocks. Most recently, Chad directed the chancel choir at Northglenn United Methodist Church. Outside of performing, Chad enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and collecting Pez dispensers and holiday decor. Chad is looking forward to this upcoming season with the chorale!
